- Creation of your mood board design and personalised proposal based on consultation session
- Unlimited support and advice via phone call, SMS and/or email (within business hours) from our experienced team of wedding planners
- Up to 5 face-to-face meeting including a venue site visit to discuss your vision and requirements on the day
- A 1-hour meeting four (4) weeks before your wedding day to finalise details
- An exclusive access to your personalised client portal
- A research of venue, date and appropriate vendors
- Booking of venue and appropriate vendors to suit your budget and style
- Logistic and design planning for both blank canvas and full-service venue
- Budget management, tips and suggestions for cost-saving techniques
- Liaising with vendors from planning stage up until your special day to ensure everything runs smoothly

This service is designed for those who have completed their planning and booked all relevant vendors, know exactly what they want and need help in putting together the styling and finishing touches on the day.
- This package includes:
- An initial consultation to go over your styling vision and budget
- Creation of your mood board design and personalised proposal based on consultation session
- Unlimited support and advice via phone call, SMS and/or email (within business hours)
- Up to 3 face-to-face meeting including a venue site visit to discuss your vision and requirements on the day
- Sourcing out of styling vendors such as florist, furniture, décor, crockery, glassware, linen, signage, stationery and others
- Provision of quote from styling vendors
- Budget control of your décor Budget management, tips and suggestions for cost-saving techniques
- Support with wedding day layout
- A 1-hour meeting at your venue four (4) weeks before your wedding day to finalise details
- Up to four (4) hours styling and (2) hours pack down of your event
Investment starts from $ 3,500
*Minimum six (6) hours in total required for setup and pack down. Additional hours charged at $ 100 per hour.
*Package does not include travel fees of which will be quoted on location. Next-day pack down and collection will incur an extra fee.

This package is designed to ensure that we bring your dream wedding style to life with a wedding Coordinator to take charge on the day. This service is best if you do not need a wedding planner but requires an extra support in your wedding planning journey.

- An initial consultation to go over your styling and coordination budget and vision
- Creation of your mood board design and personalised proposal based on consultation session
- Up-to two meetings and revisions of your professional mood board and personalised proposal as per initial review and feedback
- Unlimited support and advice via phone call, SMS and/or email (within business hours) from our experienced team of wedding planners
- Sourcing out of styling vendors such as florist, furniture, décor, crockery, glassware, linens, signage, stationery and others
- Provision of quote from styling vendors
- Up to 4 face-to-face meeting including a venue site visit to discuss your vision and requirements on the day
- A 1-hour meeting four (4) weeks before your wedding day to finalise details
- An exclusive access to your personalised client portal
- Logistic and design planning for both blank canvas and full-service venue

This service is designed for those who have completed all their wedding planning, booked all vendors and only requires a point of contact to manage the day and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
This package includes:
- A 1-hour initial consultation via phone or video call
- A 1-hour face-to-face meeting at the venue to run through and hand-over of requirements
- Liaising with vendors one (1) week before the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly on your special the day
- Creation of timeline, floor plan and vendor contact sheet
- On the day point of contact and support with discreet problem solving, if required
- Overseeing vendor set up of ceremony and reception
- Assisting with DIY decor setup (items provided by the Client)
- Up to 8 hours vendor and onsite coordination on the day
Investment starts from $ 750
*Travel fees apply for venues over 20km radius, of which will be quoted on location.

Deluxe Coordination
This service is designed for couples who are happy to manage the entire planning of their event and do not quite require a Wedding Planner but in the lookout of more assistance than simply an on-the-day coordination. This package also provides planning assistance to ensure that everything that is required for the event is covered.

- An initial consultation via phone or video call
- Personalised proposal based on consultation session
- Up to four (4) 1-hour meetings(face-to-face or video call)
- A 1-hour face-to-face meeting at the venue to run through and hand-over of requirements
