01   Initial Consultation
We would like to understand your requirements without having to put pressure on you to acquire any of our services. That is why we offer a one-time FREE initial consultation over the phone or video call for a maximum of 30 minutes.
This is a no-obligation initiative which aims to help you get a feel of what you need and point you in the right direction before you make the next move in your wedding planning journey.
02   Detailed Consultation
- Welcome to our first date. We allocate a ample time for you and I to go through your ideas and understand your vision, your style and your preferences which includes your theme, the vibe, your colour palette, basically everything around your dream wedding. We will go through your budget, your venue, number of guests and other special requests to ensure that we can tailor our services according to your requirements. Together, we will explore our options, expectations and aspirations for your wedding day so we can turn this dream wedding into a reality.
03   Comprehensive Planning
- We collate all the information gathered from our detailed consultation to create a visionary plan for you, a detailed proposal that covers your vision, mood, theme, vibe, venue preferences, food and catering, and everything else that we have discussed. We will provide suggestions and options that are within the set budget. We will happily proceed with whatever you have decided.
04   Design Assembly
- Welcome to the exciting part (for the brides at least). Your chosen mood board will be our inspo in curating your personalised wedding aesthetics. We will collaborate with you throughout our design process to make your dream designs come true. This will include your stationary (invitations, menu, etc.), floral arrangements, tablescapes, decors and even giveaways. A regular consultation will occur at every stage of the design process to ensure the final design is what you hoped for and will be approved by you before production.
05   Vendor Coordination
- We only work with the best vendors across the industry so be assured that we will involve the professional vendors whose goals align with ours – to make your dream wedding come true.
06   Wedding Day Execution
- Today is the day. We would like to ensure that you have a stress-free wedding so we take charge as the point of contact for vendors and guests. We will have a dedicated team to manage the flow of event and make sure that everything runs smoothly according to plan, and that any unforeseen issues will be resolved by our team discreetly. We will assist you in any way required to ensure that you do not need to worry about anything because today is the day that your dream wedding will come true.
07   Post-wedding Wrap Up
- Wedding is over but we would like to check with you if there are necessary follow-up services that we can provide. We strive for continuous improvement so your feedback matters to us.
